Hilda Cottage is a fabulous house just a few steps away from the beach and lifeboat station pier and within a ten minute walk to local shops and pub.
Sleeping 6, its bright and well equipped kitchen is the hub of the house and leads out to a sunny terrace and large enclosed garden. Situated just a minute’s walk from the beach, with its log burner and comfy sofas, Hilda Cottage is a welcoming retreat at any time of the year. Off-street parking. A well behaved dog is welcome upon request. We highly recommend Hilda Cottage.
Hilda Cottage : Walk in to hallway with living room to the right, cloak room ahead and large kitchen leading to sun room/dining room to the left. The kitchen has a fabulous, high quality, open plan design with plenty of work surfaces and is fully equipped. A breakfast bar with 2 stools and large map of the Island leads through to the sunning dining area with Bi folding doors out to the sunny terrace. Large double length living room with comfortable sofas, wood burner, TV and doors also out to the terrace. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a super king bed, bed side tables and lamps, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The guest room offers twin zip and link beds (can be made to king size on request), bed side tables, lamps and chest of drawers. There is an en suite shower room with WHB and WC. Further twin bedroom with bed side tables, lamps, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Family bathroom with walk in shower, roll top bath, bidet, WC and WHB.
Outside : terrace area with outside table (seating 8). Large, enclosed lawned garden with herbaceous boarders. BBQ. To the front, off street parking for 2 cars.
