Distance: 13 Miles Get ready for some lengthy ascents and speedy descents as you head out of East Cowes. Continuing through to Ryde where you may want to make a pit stop and refuel. Then head to your final stop in Bembridge where you will enjoy views of the picturesque harbour and stunning beaches.
