Mayfield is the perfect family home situated in the heart of Bembridge with off street parking. The house is sunny, modern, bright and comfortable and comfortably sleeps 7.
Enter in to the hallway with the sun streaming in to the living room on the left, TV and open fire place and plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen is large with a larder, work surfaces, gas hob range and well equipped. Through to the bright conservatory, long sociable dining area for all your meals, this leads directly out to the sunny garden. There is also a double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room.
Upstairs the master is 4 poster king size bed, chest of drawers, bedside lights and a sink. The twin bedroom is along the hall with bed side lights, space to hang clothes and chest of drawers. The family bathroom has a bath and good shower over, sink and WC. The bedroom at the end is a single, also with space for hanging clothes, black out blind and bedside table and lamp.
Outside, the garden is terraced, garden furniture and BBQ. Private, walled garden. To the front is private off street parking for one car with EV Charging facility.

Thank you so much! This is a wonderful house, beautifully designed and the layout worked perfectly for a holiday with two families. A lovely bright, airy and well designed space which the adults appreciated, plus lots of toys and a courtyard garden which kept the kids entertained. Great location a few minutes walk from Bembridge high street with cafes, restaurants, CoOp, Boots, farm shop and a pub and walking distance to the beach.
Hugely enjoyed our stay. It’s a beautiful property that is finished to a high standard and with some lovely period features. It’s a great space for a family with a well equipped kitchen and lovely dining area. The house is within easy walking distance to the local shops, beach and harbour and had parking for one car directly in front of the house. There is a very handy book with some suggestions about things to do. HB Holiday Lettings are very responsive, organised and helpful. We will be back.

Fabulous stay with family. Very well equipped kitchen. Great social spaces- good size living room, sunny dining conservatory and a nice outdoor space that had sun for most of the day. Very central, with a friendly pub at the end of the road. Walking distance to local shops, takeaways and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again
A lovely stay for all the family, the first time our son actually slept through the night… twice, so he must have found the cot comfortable. Annabel was so helpful from start to finish and couldn’t recommend the place enough.

Beautiful house in a great location, close to beaches, local shops, pubs and restaurants. The house was extremely well equipped with everything we could possibly need. There were excellent, good quality toys provided which we didn’t expect and our two year old loved! The house was exceptionally clean and the garden was lovely – a sun trap with a large bbq and comfortable garden furniture. We had a wonderful week with three generations of our family. Absolutely perfect!
We had a lovely stay in this great house despite a week of rain! It is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. We particularly liked the conservatory. Close to the centre of Bembridge with lots of cafes, shops and 2 nice pubs in walking distance. We would stay again!
Really lovely house, in a quiet street. We hosted Christmas for the family, there is plenty of space for cooking and entertaining but the house still has a really cosy feel. Will definitely come back again, great hosts!
