Woodlands is a beautiful, grand holiday home set in the heart of the charming village of Bembridge on the Isle of Wight’s East Coast. This expansive property offers spacious accommodation over two floors, providing ample room for up to 8 guests (with additional sleeping capacity via a sofa bed from February 2025).

Ground Floor:
- Large Entrance Hall with cloakroom to the left.
- Kitchen/Breakfast Room with a larder and modern appliances.
- Conservatory Dining Area with bi-folding doors leading to the private terrace.
- Bright Living Room with comfortable seating, cozy woodburner, and doors opening to the garden.
- Separate Dining Room with seating for 8-10 and garden access.
- Study/Snug featuring a double sofa bed, woodburner, large Smart TV with Xbox 360 and games.
- Utility Room with washing machine, dryer, and walk-in shower.
First Floor:
- Master Bedroom with a king-size bed, en suite bathroom (bath and shower over), garden views, and access to a private balcony.
- Second Bedroom with a king-size bed, garden views, and balcony access.
- Third and Fourth Bedrooms with flexible twin/super king-size bed options, offering village views.
- Family Bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, WC, and wash hand basin.
- Separate Cloakroom for added convenience.
Garden:
- Large, mature garden featuring herbaceous borders, an ornamental pond (1ft of water, netted for safety), and plenty of space for outdoor relaxation.
- Outdoor Furniture including 2 dining tables, parasols, and seating for al fresco meals.
- BBQ (coal) for outdoor cooking and dining.
- Table Tennis (high-quality, on wheels) and a large paddling pool available for guest use.
- The garden is not fully secure, and guests are responsible for their pets during their stay.

- Gas Central Heating with underfloor heating on most of the ground floor.
- Woodburners in the main living room and snug.
- Fully Equipped Kitchen with double oven, 4-ring electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, and an integrated fridge/freezer.

Woodlands was the perfect house for 2020 – we have had a super week in your gorgeous houses and thoroughly enjoyed exploring the Island on foot and bike and a few swims at Whitecliff Bay. Thank you for having us to stay.

Thanks for everything over the weekend! We absolutely loved the house, was perfect for our needs and really well equipped. Needless to say none of us wanted to leave and we will be back.
We arrived in the evening, and the moment we turned on the lights, we were all drawn to the beautiful house. Each room has its own characteristics and style, among which the most attractive is the green children’s room, the window facing the bed can perfectly capture the sunset. The oversized kitchen catered to all our culinary needs and we even had two barbecues outdoors, staring at the stars and the fire became one of the most memorable experiences I had on the island. Annabel responds to messages very quickly and patiently! I would recommend this house to anyone!
Fantastic house, with wonderful large garden. Very very well appointed with everything you could need and more in the kitchen, something so many rentals get wrong. Fantastic location easy walk to the beach and all the shops. Really nothing we could find to fault it. Our nieces in particular loved the place, a very happy family holiday was had by all.

We absolutely loved this property, I would move in tomorrow if I could! Beautiful and cosy with a gorgeous garden. Hosts were so helpful and allowed early check in. Super app with all the instructions and recommendations, plus help booking ferry crossings. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

I took my parents and partner away for a few days. We had fantastic weather and everyone was blown away by the house and garden! Everything was spotless and decorated and furnished to a very high spec. Beautiful location, would recommend to anyone.
A beautiful home in a wonderful village. We were a family of 8 and the house and gardens accommodated us very comfortably. Easy walk into town and down to the harbour. We had a couple of questions early on and our host was very responsive. Thank you once again for making our stay so easy!
My friend and our families had a wonderful time staying at Woodlands in Bembridge for New Year. The house was beautiful and comfortable; a home from home. It had a well equipped kitchen and excellent entertaining spaces making it the perfect place for our two families to hang out. Annabel was very responsive and we really appreciated the help finding us a bigger travel cot. Thanks SO much for having us, we will definitely be back.

Tastefully renovated & tastefully furnished period house. Grand rooms, but comfy & cosy with lots of original features. Plenty of seating. Lots of lovlely china to use, great dishwasher and other utilities which were very helpful. Big well maintained garden, off street parking. We all really enjoyed out stay and will book again with you next year as so much easier you booking ferry and being a point of contact / help x
