Woodlands is a grand house with a large garden situated in the heart of the pretty village of Bembridge on the East Coast of the Isle of Wight.
The house offers spacious accommodation over two floors sleeping 8 with 3 bathrooms and 2 separate cloakrooms. Downstairs, enter in to large hall with the cloak room on the left. The large kitchen diner with dining in the conservatory area with bi folding doors out to the terrace. Large bright living room with comfortable seating, cosy log burner and doors out to the garden. Separate dining room also with doors out to the garden. A further study/snug, large sofa and TV and downstairs laundry room with further walk in shower.
Upstairs, huge master bedroom (king size bed) with garden views and en suite bathroom and door to balcony. 2nd double (king size bed) also enjoys the garden views and door out to balcony. 3rd and 4th bedroom are twins/super kings (made up as you like, twin or super king). Family bathroom with bath and walk in shower and WC and a further separate WC upstairs.
The garden is large and mature with herbaceous borders and ornamental pond, a truly beautiful and magical place where holidays can really be enjoyed and memories made.

Woodlands was the perfect house for 2020 – we have had a super week in your gorgeous houses and thoroughly enjoyed exploring the Island on foot and bike and a few swims at Whitecliff Bay. Thank you for having us to stay.

Thanks for everything over the weekend! We absolutely loved the house, was perfect for our needs and really well equipped. Needless to say none of us wanted to leave and we will be back.
We arrived in the evening, and the moment we turned on the lights, we were all drawn to the beautiful house. Each room has its own characteristics and style, among which the most attractive is the green children’s room, the window facing the bed can perfectly capture the sunset. The oversized kitchen catered to all our culinary needs and we even had two barbecues outdoors, staring at the stars and the fire became one of the most memorable experiences I had on the island. Annabel responds to messages very quickly and patiently! I would recommend this house to anyone!
Fantastic house, with wonderful large garden. Very very well appointed with everything you could need and more in the kitchen, something so many rentals get wrong. Fantastic location easy walk to the beach and all the shops. Really nothing we could find to fault it. Our nieces in particular loved the place, a very happy family holiday was had by all.

We absolutely loved this property, I would move in tomorrow if I could! Beautiful and cosy with a gorgeous garden. Hosts were so helpful and allowed early check in. Super app with all the instructions and recommendations, plus help booking ferry crossings. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

I took my parents and partner away for a few days. We had fantastic weather and everyone was blown away by the house and garden! Everything was spotless and decorated and furnished to a very high spec. Beautiful location, would recommend to anyone.
A beautiful home in a wonderful village. We were a family of 8 and the house and gardens accommodated us very comfortably. Easy walk into town and down to the harbour. We had a couple of questions early on and our host was very responsive. Thank you once again for making our stay so easy!
My friend and our families had a wonderful time staying at Woodlands in Bembridge for New Year. The house was beautiful and comfortable; a home from home. It had a well equipped kitchen and excellent entertaining spaces making it the perfect place for our two families to hang out.
