Fabulous large house sleeping up to 10 - good availabilty for 2024...

Point Chatham is a large family house offering generous space both inside and out.  Situated down a quiet street in the center of Bembridge the local shops and stunning beaches are only a few minutes walk away.

The house sleeps 9 plus a child across 5 bedrooms.  2 are en-suite with a third bathroom and shower.  Downstairs there is a large open plan living room with bi-fold doors opening out to the garden and even larger kitchen, dining area and snug with TV.  The kitchen runs the length of the house making a very sociable family room with a second set of bi-fold doors leading out to the garden and terrace.

The garden has great entertaining space with soft seating, gas BBQ and outside dining table and chairs.  The large terrace is South Westerly facing and receives sun right in to the evening.  The rest of the garden is laid to lawn.

Back inside the house, there is a cloakroom and separate laundry room with a door outside to a large gravel passage way down the side of the house – perfect for bike storage!

A superb family house with private driveway and a dog is accepted.  We love this house, big an spacious, it has a good feeling and we think it’s the perfect holiday home for you!

Amazing property, very high specification and exactly as described. Comfortably accommodates 10 (we travelled with 6 adults / 3 teens), with excellent outdoor space. Whole house finished to a very high standard. Located close to the village, that is well supplied for shops / food / facilities. Walking distance to the beach (5-10 mins), or a very short drive. Thanks again to Annabel for all her help in making this an enjoyable break for all the family. Definitely recommend HB Holiday Lettings, and will be using again

Just spent a fantastic week in the Port Chatham house in Bembridge – there were 10 of us including
young grandchildren and their cousins. With the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and general
facilities it was absolutely ideal for a family holiday. The outside space and garden was a bonus with
the pleasant weather – and a useful area for games and activities with the children. We had days out
in the local area – and plenty of time on the beaches, rock pooling and crabbing.
The customer service provided by Annabel and HB Lettings was superb throughout – including
recovering my rucksack accidently left in the house (after ensuring everyone else had their kit, I
forgot my own) and getting it to the Hovercraft for me.
To find a house so ideal, topped off with the best lettings customer service we have experienced is a
rare find – and highly recommended
